A Developer is ...

Being a developer basically means being in a constant state of learning as the field is the most innovative and progresses rapidly.

But basically being a developer is actually not 100% about what kind of tools and programming languages you use, it's the mentality and the mindset of being able to structure projects and engineer solutions.

With that set you would expect from me a non-static performance status meaning that my skills are developed based on the situation and the project I am working on.
